The Vision Behind Founder School
Many of us, when embarking on our founding journeys, lacked the necessary resources and mentorship to build our ventures successfully. Founder School aims to bridge this gap by equipping aspiring founders with the essential knowledge and resources to create impactful companies.
The Philosophy
We believe that anyone can be a founder. The skills required to build a business—critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity—are valuable across various industries and sectors. Our Founder School adopts a multi-competence, project-based, and challenge-based learning approach to immerse learners in the world of venture building.
A Program for the Next Generation
If I were a parent of a teenager or a recent graduate, this is the program I would choose to help my child learn what it takes to build a startup and acquire the 4Cs: Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity. Founder School is not just about building businesses; it's about fostering skills that are crucial in today’s world.
Complementing Our CSR Efforts
Founder School will complement our CSR program, Startup School, which is an outreach initiative designed to introduce university students to the startup ecosystem. Together, these programs aim to build a robust pipeline of future African founders.
